If you are expecting a delivery from us and you need a little extra time to get to your location, feel free to let our Customer Service team know! You can use our live chat feature to get in touch with us, and we can relay the message to your delivery driver.
You will also receive a text message to confirm when your delivery order is being prepped, and a follow up text message when the driver is on the way. You can also reply to that text message if you have questions or concerns for your driver.
