HelloMD provides a digital copy of your medical marijuana recommendation that you can use immediately after your consultation. However, you should have also received a hard copy of your recommendation in the mail – typically it arrives 3-5 business days after your meeting with the doctor. The hard copy includes your plastic photo ID card as well as a paper copy with an embossed gold seal in the corner.
If you did not receive the hard copy in the mail, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. You can use the live chat feature in the bottom corner of the website to speak to someone about receiving a replacement copy. Please provide your mailing address and we can send out another one in the mail right away!
