This is a common risk of edibles. Unfortunately, all of the great ways to hide that cannabis flavor and make delicious treats also make for munchies that appeal to children. If there are children present in the household you should always keep your edibles locked away in a safe place. I do not just mean stored in a safe place. I highly recommend that you keep them in a locked space so there is no risk of any accidents happening.
