You do not need a cannabis recommendation to shop at a recreational dispensary. You do need one however, to shop at a medical dispensary. I would suggest contacting your local dispensary to see if they’re operating as a recreational or medical dispensary and to see whether you’ll need a recommendation or not to shop with them.
