Hello! Typical urine drug screens are screening for THC, so in theory, if you medicinally used pure CBD, it should not show up in the testing results. The concern, though, is that many CBD products that are used may contain some THC that could result in a positive test. Even if you use a product that states it is 100% pure CBD, it may still contain small or trace amounts of THC that may be detectible.
