To save you time and trouble, we will use the same photo that was added onto your HelloMD account from the previous year. However, if you recently cut or dyed your hair, tattooed your face or just plain don’t like your photo from the last consultation, please get in touch with our Customer Service team! You can use the live chat feature in the bottom corner of the website. From there, you can send us an updated photo of yourself there and we will get it added onto your account. There is no charge for changing your picture for your plastic ID card.
