Several human studies have shown good results with PD for mood but no significant impact on tremor or movement in short term studies. On the other hand some of my clients have had major improvements physically and mentally. CBD should stop the progression of PD because it works as a neuroprotectant by preventing neuron cell death, blocking inflammation and stimulating anti-inflammatory substances and metabolism. At the same time CBD is well established to stimulate brain plasticity for the formation of new connections and greater glial support while maintaining an effective blood brain barrier.
