Damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with objective neurological indication or intractable spasticity
If you are interested in obtaining CBD products, they are available in New York without obtaining a medical marijuana certificate. However, please note CBD products currently legal under Federal law are made from hemp, the non-psychoactive derivitive of cannabis.
Please check out this article below that goes into more details about the differences between CBD Oil and Hemp Oil. As mentioned in this article: "By its very nature, hemp oil does contain CBD, but it takes a lot of hemp to make oil with enough CBD to produce its well-documented effects. For this reason, hemp oil products generally don’t have the same anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune-boosting properties that cannabis-derived CBD oil does."
This is not to say that hemp-derived CBD oil could not benefit you, as everyone responds to hemp oil and CBD oil differently. I would consider speaking with a physician for additional information.
