Is Weed Legal in Pennsylvania?

Recreational cannabis is currently illegal. Medical cannabis is legal for adult patients 18+ and minors with a caregiver.
Medical Documents Requirements
Patients with serious medical conditions as certified by an approved physician can participate in the medical cannabis program by registering on the program’s website. They will then receive an ID card. Patients can also get their medical card from https://www.hellomd.com/medical-cards/.
Possession Limits
Patients can possess a 90-day supply.
Home Growing Limitations
Home growing is currently not permitted.
