Cannabis-Infused Recipes for Super Bowl Sunday

Every recipe is dosed with different types of marijuana tinctures. As you’ll see, the recipes call for 1–2 full droppers of tincture. This suggested dose is equivalent to about 10–20 mg of cannabis total, which equates to a nice microdose per serving. This dose will allow most people to consume a normal portion of a dish without getting uncomfortably high—though 20 mg may still be on the high end for some, so adjust accordingly based on what you can tolerate and who you’ve invited.

If you’re an experienced cannabis consumer, feel free to up your tincture dose. As always, label all infused dishes clearly so that none of your guests will confuse it with a non-dosed version. If you have more than one cannabis-infused dish, it’s a good idea to remind guests that the more servings consumed, the higher the dose ingested. Also, let your guests know that consuming alcohol along with cannabis tends to amplify the plant’s effects.

Cannabis-Infused Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings, separated at the joints (20 wings after separating)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce of your choice
  • 1–2 full droppers of Balance Therapy Drops from The Farmaceuticals Co.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How To

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with non-stick spray. In a gallon-sized sealable bag, add all of the dry ingredients. Seal and shake the bag until all dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed, then add the chicken wings.

Let the chicken sit in the refrigerator for at least one to two hours. When you’re ready to finish cooking the wings, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter, tincture and hot sauce together. Once combined, dip the wings in the liquid mixture and place each wing on the cookie sheet.

Bake the wings for about 45 minutes total, flipping half way through cooking time. When finished, the wings should be crispy on the outside and cooked all the way through.

Cannabis-Infused Ranch Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1–2 full droppers of Emerald Alchemy’s 1:1 tincture

How To

This recipe couldn’t be simpler: Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix it up and stash in the fridge to cool for 30–40 minutes before serving.

Marijuana-Infused Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) artichoke hearts
  • 6 oz fresh spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup on the side for topping
  • 1 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1–2 full droppers of Berry White High THC Tincture by Pianta Tinta

How To

This is another unbelievably easy recipe. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and then prep the dip. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients together and use a silicone spatula to fold the ingredients together. Transfer the mixture to a larger baking dish and top with the extra mozzarella cheese. Bake for 35 minutes and serve hot with tortilla chips or crostini. Recipe serves 6–8.

Marijuana-Infused Sausage Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage meat, uncased and uncooked
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1–2 full droppers of organic olive oil 1:1 tincture from Fiddler’s Greens

How To

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add the sausage and cream cheese, and mix thoroughly. Use an electric mixer or a stand mixer for best results. Slowly add in the Bisquick mix and then the shredded cheese while the mixer is on.

Use an ice cream scooper to measure each meatball and line them along the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill. (This will help the balls keep their round form.) Bake the sausage meatballs for about 25 minutes or until they’re firm and browned. Makes 64 meatballs.

We hope you enjoy these cannabis-friendly versions of America’s favorite Super Bowl party foods. Don’t forget to properly label all infused foods and educate your guests on dosing; if there are any children present, keep infused foods in a separate area out of reach.
