Recreational cannabis is currently illegal. Medical cannabis is legal for adults 18+ and minors with a caregiver.

Medical Documents Requirements

Patients who have a qualifying condition must be evaluated by a licensed medical cannabis physician registered with the state, then they can obtain a Patient Certification Form. They must register with the state—submit all documents, physician certification and the fee to receive a medical marijuana card.

Possession Limits

Patients are permitted to possess a 30-day supply.

Home Growing Limitations

Home growing medical cannabis is not currently permitted.
