I am afraid the state of Louisiana does not currently offer reciprocity for medical marijuana. This means, Louisiana does not currently recognize medical marijuana recommendations from other states.
If you are physically-located in California at the time of your consultation, you are welcome to obtain a medical marijuana card for while you are here. However to be granted access into the local dispensary and purchase medical marijuana in Louisiana you would need to obtain a separate medical marijuana card.
