Just my own personal experience with restless leg syndrome, CBN has been a key factor in helping me relax at night and sleep. I save the ABV or already been vaped cannabis flower that I used in my vaporizer and pack it in my one hitter at night. During the vaporization process we are not consuming long enough or at a high enough temp to consume all the CBN. Smoking the ABV will allow you to consume the sedative CBN. I have not seen a huge difference between sativa or indica ABV. They both seem to do the trick for me.You can also thank yourself for using your Cannabis for s second time!
