Check out this article with descriptions of lots of different strains that have shown to help people with Fibromyalgia. I think it would be a good place to start, then you can think about the consumption method that’s best for you.
For PTSD and anxiety, there seems to be a lot of overlap of what people say works for them. I’ll give you a preview of an article about PTSD that will appear on the site this week–one of the things we feature is this anxiety-relief tincture. This would also be great if you don’t want to smoke or vape.
