I'm based out of California and I've recently started using a couple of things that work for me. The first is low-dose (10mg THC) hybrid gummies, so a blend of indica and sativa, and even cutting one gummy and just eating half of it takes the edge off of stressful day for me. The other item I like to use is a 1:1 CBD:THC tincture that I originally purchased to help with pain management, but helps a lot with stress. A full dose is listed at 1ml, but taking just .25ml is great for my stress management. Good luck!
