For my patients I found that Elixinol hemp extract 300mg has been very effective. I recommend a starting dose of 5 pumps (5mg) twice or thrice per day or increase as needed to control symptoms. One soldier client used this post open heart surgery in place of narcotics. I like to be on the phone when they take their first dose because I can hear the voice changes, mood and cognitive changes immediately and remind them of my instructions.
