Please use the live chat feature in the bottom corner of the HelloMD website. Make sure you are signed into your HelloMD account so that the Customer Service team and confirm that your payment has been processed.
Please speak to someone from the Customer Service team on the live chat feature and inform them you would like to receive a refund. As long as the request is less than 60 days from your payment date, we will be able to issue you a full refund.
