The embossed letter and photo ID card are sent via USPS first-class mail. Assuming your letter is being mailed to an address within the United States, you should expect to receive it within 3-5 business days. If it has been longer than that, please contact our customer support team by logging into your HelloMD account and using the live chat feature (looks like a bubble at the bottom of the screen). They will gladly verify the mailing address and send replacements at no charge if needed.
