Thank you for coming back to us! You should have received an email approximately 30 days from your expiration date stating that you are eligible to renew your medical certificate.
To proceed with your renewal, please login to the account you received it on and click on "Medical Card" at the top right of the page. From there, you will notice a "Your Certificate needs to be renewed…" message at the top of the page. Please click that to proceed with submitting your payment for your renewal, and you will be connected or scheduled to meet with the practitioner right after. If you are on a mobile browser, tap on the three horizontal dots at the top left and choose "Medical Card" from the menu box.
