Given that we’re still in the law-passage stage of the game, it’s far too premature to tell. First, voters must pass Proposition 64. Assuming it passes, then we’ll have a rule making period where the Bureau will make findings and determine the scope of the licensing program, costs, and requirements. Notably, by the time we’re licensing Prop 64 businesses the medical program should be up and running so perhaps adult use businesses will be able to use the medical program as a benchmark for what to expect under adult use.
