Since January 2018, when the new Adult-Use regulations came into effect, it is no longer legal to mail ship cannabis products statewide. Many former statewide shipment cannabis deliveries are now setting up statewide fulfillment centers, but anyone shipping by mail is doing so illegally. My personal thought is that over time this may be overcome and the laws may change in order to allow for better statewide coverage as not allowing for statewaide shipments puts many medical patients at a great disadvantage for receiving their medicine.
