At the time of the medical cannabis interview, your medical caretaker must be present at the same time and then a car can be issued allowing your medical caretaker to pick up your medicine for you or to go with you to the dispensary. That is our routine process for adding a caretaker but whether or not a person can be added after you already have your card would be a question for the office staff to answer.
