You hear about CBD and THC all the time but not other cannabinoids. Do the other cannabinoids not offer medical value?

From 20 foot tall industrial hemp plants to foot tall wild ruderalis, considerable variability exsists in different cannabis plants. Over 60 cannabinoids and numerous other compunds can be found in different ratios, depending on genetics, growing conditions and other factors. Our understanding of cannabis is growing each day, but is far from complete. The effects of cannabis are far more complicated than just THC and CBD. In fact each cannabinoid and compound will contribute to a synergistic "entourage" effect that is more than the sum of the parts. The other less well known cannabinoids will soon be given more attention. I would pay most attention to the smells and feelings that each different strain provides, rather than relying on a machine to determine cannabinoid ratios.
