This is such a great interview (y). The fact why CBD is not psychoactive is also nicely explained in this article https://cbd-vape-eliquid.com/2017/02/16/why-vaping-cbd-will-not-make-you-high/
Answer - Elixinol Team Advocate
Cannabidiol (CBD) is the most predominant cannabinoid in hemp, and has many beneficial properties. Elixinol's CBD hemp oil can not get you high. We get our CBD oil from specially bred, organic, hemp plants and extract the oil using the "whole plant." Our extraction method uses CO2, a more expensive, non-toxic, yet extremely efficient method to obtain CBD oil. This method is free from harsh solvents and ensures a highly potent and pure extract.
There are many benefits to CBD oil. Many of our customers add the supplement to their already healthy lifestyles, and report pain relief from back pain, anxiety, athletic recovery and even skin care.

CBD - Cannabidiol is a cannabinoid, like THC. But unlike THC it doesn't get you high. I use it to control my epileptic seizures. Incidentally, I found it controls my nasal congestion. CBD might work on many neurological conditions.
