Please use the live chat feature located in the bottom corner of the website - it's the small blue circle that looks like it has a marshmellow in the middle of it. You can speak to one of our Customer Service representatives and provide them with your mailing address. We will get another copy of your recommendation sent out that afternoon at no additional fee.
