I'm not really sure I understand this question due to a possible error in the way it's presented. A normal dose of CBD is not usually 200 to 500 mg, that maybe the total amount in the bottle. A typical dose is more like 28 mg in one milliliter but that's after your well-established on CBD. To start with I typically will put a patient on 3 to 5 drops of a highly concentrated CBD/ low THC tincture 4 to 6 times per day for one week and then when we know the blood pressure is stable you could try going to twice a day dosing of your CBD but you will not feel the full effect of CBD for about three weeks. If at three weeks you're not feeling great, you may try increasing the dose a small amount twice daily. I also do not know what you're taking CBD for and that could make a difference in the dosing.
