I have trouble falling asleep, what can you recommend?

Look for products that have an indica or indica-dominant strain of cannabis and for products specifically labeled for sleep.
There are a wide variety of edibles, tinctures, and vape blends that are made for sleep and are formulated with strains of cannabis that work well for a lot of people. Everyone's chemistry is different, so you may have to try a few different sleep products to see what works well for you, but when you find the right thing it should help you fall asleep, keep you asleep for several hours, and allow you to wake up without grogginess.
If you generally have no issue staying asleep, but you have an issue at the early part of the night, you may want to try something fast acting that has more quickly passing effects, like smoking. An edible will generally keep you asleep longer as it takes longer to digest and move through your system, but can sometimes give s bit of grogginess in the morning.
Keep a journal of what you tried, how much, and what happened to help you dial in the right solution for your body.

Absolute Xtracts has many great vape cartridges to help you fall asleep faster. Their vaporizer pens come in a handy & discrete carry case, are easy to use and allow you to control the temperature via low, medium and high settings. My favorite nighttime strains are OG Kush and Green Dragon. Stay away from sativa-dominant hybrids if sleep is your primary goal. I have allergies and have found that Green Dragon really opens up my nasal passages so that I can breath easier at night.
