but I thought THC was the psychoactive ingredient, and this has 170 mgs. I'd love to try this body butter but I don't want the psychoactive effect. Can you explain how that works? Thanks!

Topicals do not get you high because they do not enter your bloodstream. (transdermal patches are a different story)
